Hello, I'm Victoria, the founder of Fiesta Con Flores. With a background in floristry and a passion for creating unforgettable memories, I've embarked on this journey to bring joy and laughter to people's lives. To place your order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse through the available themes for adults and children.
  2. Select the themes and quantity you desire (minimum order of 10 units per arrangement).

  3. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

  4. Schedule the delivery time and provide the address.
  5. Full payment is required when placing your order.
  6. Pay either by Bank Transfer or Bizum
  7. Place your order at least 7 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

What You Recieve

After placing your order, you'll receive everything you need to create stunning flower arrangements:

  • Pre-cleaned and appropriately sized fresh flowers
  • Floral bag with wet floral foam
  • Ready-to-use decorations
  • Stickers for labeling arrangements
  • Scissors and pens for additional notes
  • Plastic containers for holding flowers
  • Printed instruction booklet
  • Please Note: our flower arrangement services does not include a florist to assist you with creating arrangements.

With everything provided, you'll have all you need to create beautiful arrangements with your guests in just 1.5 hours.

Instructor (Optional)

  • Cost: Additional 5€ per person.
  • One of our expert florists will come to your desired location for 1.5 hours and guide your guests through each step of creating your flower arrangements.
  • Bilingual instruction available in Spanish or English

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. No refunds for rescheduling events. Extra arrangements cannot be canceled, but can be utilized for additional decorations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Q: What flowers are included in my theme experience?
A: We work with a variety of fresh flowers, including roses, daisies, irises, and more. Your arrangement will feature the freshest available flowers suited to your chosen theme.

Q: Will I receive exactly the decorations shown in the photo of my chosen theme?
A: While we strive to provide the exact decorations depicted, there may be substitutions based on availability. Rest assured, you will receive decorations tailored to your theme experience.

Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
A: Yes, a full payment is required a minimum of 7 days in advance of your event.

Q: Will a florist be available to assist us with creating our floral arrangements?
A: Our standard flower arrangement services do not include a florist to assist you in person. However, if you feel like you would like to have someone to guide you we will arrange for one of our florists to attend your event for and additional 5€ /person.
Instructors are not neccessary and we deliver all necessary flowers and decor, based on the theme you choose from our website, directly to your party.
Each delivery includes:

  • Detailed instructions for every arrangement
  • Step-by-step video guides
  • All necessary flowers and decor based on your chosen theme.
You can enjoy the fun of creating beautiful flower arrangements with your guests at your own pace. It's easy to do with friends, family, or kids, and you won't need to rush.
